DRAFT - NOT LEGAL ADVICEThese terms are a working draft for Aedile's founders to review with a lawyer. They are not yet in effect. Highlighted items still need a decision.

Terms of service

Draft of 22 October 2026. These terms cover the hosted Morph Studio app at aedile.city/morph and the access-request form. "We" means Aedile (legal entity name, registered address).

The beta

Hosted Morph is a beta. Features, plans and allowances may change, the service may be interrupted, and we may limit or end the beta. We will try to give notice of significant changes and a chance to export your work. There is no service-level commitment.

Your work

Model keys and provider costs

Some features call a model provider, such as Anthropic for Claude, with an API key you add. Those requests run under your account with that provider and its terms, and the provider bills you for them. We use your key only for your own requests and do not charge for or mark up that usage.

Plans and allowances

Each plan includes monthly allowances of hosted workspace runtime, changes and AI operations, plus a storage limit and a size limit for uploads; your account page shows what remains. Runtime is used in 10-minute windows: each start of your workspace uses a whole window, even if you stop early. The beta includes 1 hour of workspace runtime a month (six windows), one workspace window at a time, 256 MiB of storage and uploads of up to 8 MiB. Allowances may change during the beta. When an allowance is used up, the features that need it pause until it resets. The beta is free. Add prices, billing and refund terms before any paid plan opens.

Acceptable use

Do not use Morph to break the law, to design weapons or anything meant to injure people, to attack, overload or probe the service or other users' workspaces, to get around limits, or to resell access. Do not upload content you have no right to use.

Designs are not verified for real-world use

Morph's CAD, electronics, firmware, simulations, costs and manufacturing plans are generated and checked in software only. They are not bench-tested or certified, and they can be wrong. Before you build, power or rely on a design, have it reviewed by a qualified person, test it, and make sure it meets the safety rules and standards that apply to you. You are responsible for anything you build from it.

No warranty; limits on liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Counsel: liability cap, exclusions, indemnity, and consumer-law carve-outs.

Ending

You can stop using Morph and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms or your access as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive (your work, disclaimers, liability) continue after.

Changes and contact

We will post changes here with a new date and email account holders about significant ones. Governing law: jurisdiction. Questions: contact email. See also our privacy notice.
